They do not care about clients, very rude employes,they treat you like you meant nothing to the world plus the person who made the appointment for me didn't explained that the hygienists don't be there on Saturday, I arrived to the clinic on time for my appointment ant waited an hour to be seen and when they called me into the room the assistant told me they could not do my cleaning because the hyginist wasn't there,the made me waste two hours of my time on Saturday morning.
I showed up an hour late and they still saw me. The girls were great and explained everything to me. I will be going back there again.
They were very professional,kind took care of you.
Read the reviews of this practice before coming in, there are always going to be negative ones, but my experience proved those false in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, the facility is first rate, and the doctor explained my diagnoses and options without scare tactics. I did not feel pressured, and was not surprised by my bill. They do not accept insurance, but helped me prepare a claim to submit to my insurance company myself. Take my word for what it is worth, but I feel that this practice is honest and ethical.
Best of worst situation! A broken tooth is not a pleasant situation to experience. The staff and Doctor made the best of the worst situation. Thank you for making me feel so much better!
I was pleased with my visit with you. I'm from Canada and had to have a root canal and the dentist was very good and explained everything to me very well.
Didn't diagnose my problem. Just shuffled me off to another Endodondist like my first dentist did. Have no intention of going.
I am truely appreciative of the service provided. I lost a crown right in the front of my mouth on Friday afternoon was extremely embarassed! Unfortunately my regular dentist couldnt see me until this morning (Monday). But you were able to treat me within 3 hours of the disaster and allow me to participate in my scheduled weekend activities w/out embarrassment. Thanks so much! W. Lowe
I wouldn't think of going elsewhere,I have been a patient for over 7 years.I recomend this office highly.Superb hygenist and staff.All Dentists are excellant,my favorite is Dr. Slaybaugh.
