I love it here and not in this world this place is a breathe of air in a radioactive environment
I love this place and so happy there's an east side location now. They're very comprehensive in their analysis of patients and the treatments they offer. My "person" is Brenda and she is caring and attentive. She also trusts me as a patient to know myself and my needs and responds accordingly.
I've been seeing my psych here for nearly a year and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with my doctor and the staff. Everyone is very responsive, I appreciate that the website is intuitive and easy to navigate. I also like the text/email reminders about appts. I'd definitely recommend this place to others
Rating one star because I reached out end of December, spoke with a relatively friendly staff person, got paperwork started (they said it’s typically a 4-6 week process between submitting and getting scheduled), they said they would reach out via a text message usually within a week of receiving paperwork, I did all of this, never heard from them so checked back in middle of January, (they said they were a little behind because of the holidays … mind you this was Jan 15) but they said someone would probably reach out to me v... read more
