Rating one star because I reached out end of December, spoke with a relatively friendly staff person, got paperwork started (they said it’s typically a 4-6 week process between submitting and getting scheduled), they said they would reach out via a text message usually within a week of receiving paperwork, I did all of this, never heard from them so checked back in middle of January, (they said they were a little behind because of the holidays … mind you this was Jan 15) but they said someone would probably reach out to me v... read more
CAUTION: Do not believe them or others when they state that they are accepting new patients. They refuse service without providing rationales, just “our caseload is full.” Don’t waste your time thinking this place is different than all the others who provide false hope, force patients through onerous paperwork and retraumatization, then decline service while cheerful keeping up a no vacancy sign. This is stigma.
I had a new virtual appointment and only spoke with the provider (Brenda Bird) for about five minutes. I requested a different provider due to an unwelcoming experience, but was still billed for the visit. I’ve called multiple times with no response. Unfriendly staff and very bad service overall.
I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! The new Eastside location is absolutely beautiful! In the past, there may have been times when staffing felt stretched, but it’s clear they’ve really invested in building an incredible team. Every visit now feels seamless, professional, and genuinely caring. The providers and staff go above and beyond to make you feel heard and supported. I’m so impressed with how far they’ve come and truly grateful for the exceptional care they provide.
