We rented through CPM for 2 years and they are a great local company to rent with! Russ and team were always delightful and quick to respond on any requests/questions we ever had. Highly recommend!
Russ was terrible to deal with and I would encourage any renters to stay far away. We contacted him within less than 24 hours for a condo we were extremely serious about being posted. We worked with his assistant who said he would be driving from a distance to get to this appointment and we agreed upon the first availability, a 4:00pm showing on the upcoming Friday the first date he was available to show the property. The team at CPM is fantastic. They always respond to my text messages very quickly, and they are fast with any repairs or other issues we may have. It is easy to tell that they care about their tenants and about taking great care of the property.
My family and I rented through CPM for little over a year. Russ and his team were the kindest and most responsive of any property management company that we had ever used. If there were any maintenance issues, they took care of them fast and efficiently even after hours messaging me back and forth.
