I have had the best experience with Collaborative Property Management. Emerald has been absolutely wonderful. She answers all my messages and requests super fast, but most importantly you can definitely tell how much she cares for her clients. I am beyond thankful for everything that she has done for us!

This was our first time using a rental company to rent out our house. From the beginning, the CPM team have been nothing but kind, responsive, and helpful. Jessie walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and helped us navigate through the stressful time of renting out our house. After one day of being listed, our house was rented out! We know our house and tenants will be in good hands. We highly recommend this company.
Emerald has been pivotal in helping us find a tenant replacement for our rental. She had to rectify a bad situation and took it on and handled it with grace. She was able to get our rental turned over in 10 days with repairs etc and has been so communicative through every step of the process. I could not recommend her enough.
