Collaborative Property Management has been looking after our property since Summer of 2023. We are very pleased with how the house is being maintained. Thank you Russ, Jessie and Amy for alleviating the stresses of being an out of state homeowner.
The team at CPM is fantastic. They always respond to my text messages very quickly, and they are fast with any repairs or other issues we may have. It is easy to tell that they care about their tenants and about taking great care of the property.
My family and I rented through CPM for little over a year. Russ and his team were the kindest and most responsive of any property management company that we had ever used. If there were any maintenance issues, they took care of them fast and efficiently even after hours messaging me back and forth. I found collaborative property management when I got new owners at my old apartments, we where there 8 years and had to leave Jesse and russ where awsome in helping us get into the home we rent from them now. I absolutely love coming home now. They also fixed our leaking roof in a timely manner thanks collabortive.
We learned about this company within the last 6 months and started renting with them about 4 months ago. Within this time, they have been by far the quickest responding, kindest and helpful people. Russ and his team have yet to disappoint us with anything. Highly suggest using them when/if moving to the area!
