CLS Bloomfield, CT has been my 5* since 2019, until now, as I have to go elsewhere. The new Phlebotomist in 2025 August to September harsh attitude of drawing blood leave heavy soreness in my arm. She dont care, just jab the needle! If I were not accustomed to needles I would react strongly and possible cause the needle to break in my arm. So, I will not go there again but out of town.
Horrible experience. I'm a 70 year old woman who has had blood drawn over 100 times in my life. I made an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes and when I mentioned that to the woman who took my blood she said "we don't look at that". The reason I am writing this is not because of the wait but because she hurt me. I suffered a huge hematoma under my skin that was as hard as a rock and looks like I was hit with a baseball bat.
