I referred one of my friends to Collabera for a position that they were recruiting for. She got placed by them in a senior role. Unfortunately, I was told that they don’t pay any referral fees even though Collabera made a lot money (probably over $20,000) by placing my friend. Most other recruiting agencies pay between $500 and a few thousand dollars depending on the salary level of the position. I will never work with them again. It is very unprofessional that they don’t value people’s help.

The most inefficient, incompetent, time-wasting, underpaying frustrating company that sends an enormous amount of documents and texts and emails and phone calls, many of them from people who speak a kind of English that is very hard to understand, and I've traveled the world and I speak three languages! Helpful and sincere
