Back was injured giving birth here. Son was born Jan 2020 and my wishes and needs were not respected. I was forced in stirrups while telling them I wanted another position. Was not given opportunity to listen to my body nor use the birth equipment. It was a mess but there was a black woman nurse who tried to advocate for me afterwards with pain meds and postpartum care who understood that I was being dismissed and ignored.
I delivered my now 4 year old here is July 2017. The nurses are very rude that anesthesiologist was rude as well. I asked him to hold for a moment while I breathe through a contraction. He said no as he slighty pushed me to hunch back over and informed "if I leave, I'm not coming back!" After giving birth,I was moved to a recovery room, I guess where I had to almost curse out a fee of the nurses for the attitudes. I DO NOT RECCOMEND DELIVERING HERE!
I was scheduled for a induction on June 10th 2019 at this hospital and I had the worse experience ever. The nurses that work in the labor delivery are very rude and insensitive to the patients especially nurse Kelly, she was rude and had a ugly attitude and the doctor who came the first time to do my epidural was nasty too he didn’t even bring enough numbing shots to numbe my back for epidural ( and I recorded it and still have video of there attitudes up there.
