Horrible service
Going on three years and this Hospital never apologized to the family. This Hospital needs a lot of improvement!! My terminally ill (Stage 4 Kidney cancer) brother was Sent here numerous times over the past nine months. I will only highlight the ones I won’t soon forget. 1. He Had to have a MRI he was extremely scared of confined spaces, he always had open mri’s. He expressed this to the staff - which they put a rag over his face and said oh well we don’t have one, and proceeded on anyway, no sedation nothing. When finishing... read more
From pre-op, same day sx, or and 3 east I received excellent care. As a retired nurse I recognize what good care looks like and it was present! No complaints. 3 East rocks
I was transported by ambulance to Piedmont Hospital in Macon, GA, located at 350 Hospital Drive, due to extreme high blood pressure which was 174/114 headache, chest pain, and a rapid heart rate. However, upon arrival, I was placed in the lobby and left to wait for three hours, during which time my headache intensified. Despite my pleas for assistance, I was ignored, and the nurses and staff seemed more focused on socializing amongst themselves.
