Lived here a little over half a year, absolutely love it. It can be a little noisy with a main road being right there but it’s downtown, what do you expect? Walls are super thin but never had any issue with loud neighbors. Landlords are awesome, very timely with maintenance requests and are nice people. Never have had any issues with bugs or rodents as they spray monthly! Great size apartment for one person. I even have two larger dogs and it’s still comfortable. Overall, great renting experience!
