Great experience! I ordered some wagyu steaks for an anniversary dinner. Messaged and asked if I could pick up same-day instead of next-day. Didn’t hear anything so I figured I’d drive to their location and ask but, the doors were locked and no one answered when I knocked (turned out the address in google was incorrect). The next day, Jackson called and was very apologetic and said my steaks would be ready by 3:00 that day and gave me the address for their new location. I placed an order for local delivery from out of town. Everyone was very helpful. The order was delivered as promised and beautifully packaged. Everything was ice cold and looked great! I would definitely do this again! Thank you all so much for making this easy and delivering everything on time and perfectly.
Our rep Aj goes up and above for our steakhouse every week! Can’t ask for better service. Literally delivers on days no other supplier can and hand delivers the meats we need if we sell out on a weekend In order to not miss the sales for the weekend! Absolutely the best service in food service we’ve had bar none.
