Staff is very friendly. Negative reviews may have stemmed from the time they were with a large hospital system? They have always been great to my family.
Staff is excellent. As stated in a previous post, I don’t know why there are negative reviews. Dr. Colin listens and helps you. His office is always willing to make time for you. I guess people just don’t realize there are rules that they must follow too?
Very surprised to read negative views of Colin. He cared for my mother, in the last years of her life, and cares for my sister, too. When I returned to the area, I stared going to Colin and he's great. His office staff is helpful and friendly, and his level of care is outstanding.
Did not listen to my concerns. Shannon would not give him message to call me and discouraged me from making appt, to discuss my concerns. His attitude has changed
No personality. The staff can be rude. Office is known to schedule appointments without your knowledge & then be upset when you don't show. This happened to my daughter and son. My son who supposedly missed appointments that he never made was on 2 blood pressure meds & his pressure was still 165/106 so he made an appt and a couple of hours before his appt they called to inform him that because he had missed appointments (not) Moorhead was dropping him as a patient. No refills so ended up in ER.
