Wow what a great group of doctors, and such a friendly staff at the Cedar Hill Office. I was very nervous about my having my wisdom teeth out and I felt very comfortable. The staff was so kind and really made me feel much better about being at a dental office. They told me everything up front, checked my insurance and told me ahead of my appoint. my amount due. I will recommend this office to all my family and friends. Thanks alot OSANT!
My experience with Dr. Nix was excellent. Went in for 2 wisdom teeth extractions and had no problems. He called the following night to check up with me and I had a great experience with this doctor. Highly recommended.
Well lets start with office staff in Cedar Hill office lets just say RUDE!Dallas Office was more pleasant to deal with.Dr. Bell did a great job cant really complain.Billing lets begin the nightmare!Well since I was running out of insurance money I called office to negotiate price. Because most Dentist office have a negotiated rate with each insurance plan.And if you run out of insurance money they wont adjust to that negotiated rate automatically.They love to charge full price and expect you to pay it. Great Doctor and StaffBy Deanna E.I had my four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Nix a couple of years ago. He came highly recommended and I see why. He is great at what he does: his calmness and time to explain details before and after the surgery put me at ease. I had my surgery on Thursday and Friday evening was at Good Friday service. A few months ago, I took my 17 year old son to Dr Nix to have his wisdom teeth removed.
