After my experience living here for 2 years the first year was the WORST. Ex. roof leaks, water damage, probably mold and mildew but they won't admit that. I had a ac unit from 1972 (you could imagine my light bill). Over all I pay about 2 grand in rent and utilities and it is not worth the problems the apts are old. The outside looks amazing but once you move in you will see. Google Verse apartments since they changed their name.
