I have to say I am really impressed with Colgate's Customer Service and of course the quality of their product. I initially purchased the "zenBaby Hybrid 2-in-1 Crib Mattress with KulKote Technology" via Amazon, and when I received it, it wasn't in the greatest condition. I took pictures of the product and contacted Colgate's team and they went above and beyond to replace the mattress in a short period of time, their team was extremely professional and helpful. Very disappointed with their customer service and mattress. We got our mattress as a gift and have had an issue with an odor that is stinking up the room. After contacting the customer service, the CSR Mandy Funk, basically told my husband that the mattress can't possibly have an odor and put the blame on us that "something was spilled in the mattress or got on it during storage." We would know if that happened, so implying blame with a statement like that was what made me feel compelled to share my experience with this comp... read more

We bought a different brand mattress in 2012 for our newborn son. In 2013 we bought the Colgate Classica 1 for our newborn daughter. Our sons matress has not withstood the test of time while the Classics 1 has maintained its firmness. The stitching did start to come out from around the edges, when I called, they had me send photos via email, and are sending a new replacement free of charge, all within a few hours of calling.
