I would give a negative review, my 4 year old was scared and dr john was impatient and rude to my daughter during her tooth extraction. He turned red and I could see him shaking of how upset he was. My daughter was scared, she has never been on sleepy gas before.
I cannot express in words how great Dr. Colgan and his team are. My son has discovered new found confidence that I never knew he was missing in his smile. The staff have been more accommodating to our family's needs and has exceeded our expectations time and time again. I would give 10 stars if I could!
When there are any issues, Dr. Colgan addresses them promptly and professionally. I have been taking my kids to him for over a decade and will continue to do so.

I have tried getting in numerous times with my 2 children and it is always months out which I get that, I understand they are busy but what really gets me is how unprofessional their receptionist is when I called probably a month ago about how my child has permanent teeth coming in behind his baby teeth and she told me to just wiggle it for 2 weeks then call back if nothing happens. So I did exactly that and called back today because now my child is in pain and can not eat certain foods becau... read more
