I LOVE this crew! From the moment I walk in until the moment I check out, I feel like my dogs and I are their top priority. Melissa greets my dogs and I by our names (and has even run to the door to help me in situations that warranted it) and my dogs love the techs and all the doctors. The VCA has been great attending to Special's health needs, the staff is also very friendly and attentive.
