If I could leave zero stars I would. Initially my hair was nice, but a week later I started experiencing hair loss. I got the perfect platinum pixie, which I’ve had and maintained before with another stylist. By week 3 I looked like a bald headed scallywag. Collette over processed my hair and refused to offer a refund. I do not recommend.
