This was at the Cummings and South Parkway location. My husband and I had the veal parmasean. The veal was burnt and was not tender at all.
The Parkway location has roaches. And the owner Jerry offered 2.00 off... wasn’t about the money was about the demeaning attitude he felt because I was black as if I needed 2.00 off. I wanted a sincere apology for any convenience this might have cause during my visit at this location with this unpleasant visit.

RecommendedI love the foreign pictures on the wall. I have been coming to Colletta's for nearly 50 yrs. My first date to with my husband was at Colletta when there was one on Winchester nearly 40 yrs. ago. I grew up with the one on Parkway. We love Colletta's Piazza.
I'm pretty shocked that you guys ran out of food today well at least that's what the waitress said that you guys were all out of the chicken parmesan sandwich any true restaurant or even Italian restaurant because I'm 100% Italian would make sure there's enough food or do something to fix the problem your pizza was okay but not the greatest but in the future it would be nice if you were prepared not to run out of food that was my first time there I just moved out from Boston probably will be my last time there
Ordered on DoorDash at 6pm tonight. They accepted our order and then an hour later tell the DoorDash driver that they aren’t taking any DoorDash orders tonight due to being so busy. So then Colette’s if this is the case then turn off whatever you need to and fill the orders that you’ve already accepted. Will never go there again. There is much better Italian food in this city to be had! And that’s horrible service.
RecommendedThe scenery is absolutely amazing, and the food and wine are even better. I had the chicken alfredo with a caesar salad and the house moscato, it was an excellent meal. Took a little longer than I would have liked, but it was a fairly busy sunday night with two huge parties so I completely understood. Will definitely make this a regular stop from now on.
