I wish that zero stars was an option. We have been living here for only 2 months and we have yet to have a working dishwasher in our apartment. It was broken when we moved in and very obviously had not been tested by anyone before allowing us to move into the apartment. This was on December 7th. We told management that it was broken on our "oops" sheet and we have since then had maintenance in our apartment 4 times to try to fix it. Worst place to live ever! Management is a nightmare! Laverne and Yolanda are never available and ignore all calls and emails! Apartment was without A/C for over a month in June!!!! Still no call or email response about compensation! Then when I go to speak in person Yolanda is rude and blunt with me. Not worth the headache. Check out the google reviews! This 5 star reviews are fake!
The property manager, maintenance staff, and concierges work very hard to improve and maintain Colesville Towers. I have been a four and a half year resident; my husband and I have been happy, especially to see so many renovations taking place. I give it Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for management, apartment, location, and security.
