Would not go there again. – Chose to go here for the price and convenience. Usually go to a locally owned upscale salon. Disappointed, will not go back. Customer service was good, got booked with an Advanced Designer for cut and foil b/c I told them I am very picky. Cut is 'ehh..' at best, nothing exciting. Best Hair Cuts – I have been going to Cole's Salon for a few years now and have been to the Eagan Station location as well as the other Eagan location. By far the Eagan Station location offers a greater experience. From the moment you walk in the door and get greated by the front desk you feel welcomed. Best Bikini & Brazilian Wax!!! – Recently, a friend and I went to Coles Salon for the first time and had a Bikini and Brazilian wax done. The esthetician we saw was Cheri. She was amazing. She was professional and extremely fast at her waxing. It took her 15 min to do my Brazilian Wax. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has a great personality and is very friendly. We would recommend seeing Cheri for any waxing service. My friend and I will be back!!!!
Great Haircuts-especially for can not be found anywhere else chic styles – I walked into the Salon to get my haircut. Kelsey is the girl who did the job. I had very long hair and I wanted something completely new. She did a short bob, disconnected and asymmetrical. It?s very wild and I get tons of complements everywhere I go. The price was reasonable. You have to be careful to ask for price up front, really varies according to who you have and their seniority, but overall, i always get a good cut.
Best Facial Ever!!! – I've been to several other Spas throughout the Twin Cities, but this is by far the best one for receiving a facial and waxing services. I saw Cheri and she was wonderful. Very professional and knows her stuff. I would highly recommend Cheri for anyone wanting a wonderful experience.
Upsell on haircuts – I was seeing a Sr. Stylist at Coles Salon located on Yankee Doodle in Eagan. I get highlights/color and I have healthy hair. When I schedule my appointment I let them know that I do not want a hair cut because I am trying to grow it out. When I'm done getting my hair treated she tells me that I need a trim and doesn't ask me she just tells me and starts cutting. I keep coming back for the scalp massages! Cole's Salon in the Eagan Station (corner of Pilot Knob and Yankee Doodle) offers more than just great haircuts! You could probably spend the whole afternoon there getting pampered! I've only gotten one massage there, but it was great. I get my hair cut there regularly. Most stylists give scalp massages as they are washing your hair. They sometimes have new stylists that give free haircuts (ask for their haircut model appointments).
