Jim is an excellent and honest Mechanic. He explained to me in great detail what my vehicle problem's were and Also saved me alot by explaining what I didn't need done! I highly recommend Cole's!
Quoted $900.00 for coils & spark plugs replacement, he would supply the parts. All before ever seeing the vehicle. $86.74 per coil & $5.57 per plug. After some inquiring on the parts prices, he stated that the parts would come from Federated locally in town at cost. Called Federated & his parts quotes were 3 1/2 times higher than their prices. $510 mark up on just the parts, not including the labor. Have all of the messages if need be. 2 Stars only because he never did the work. Beware.
