I needed my watch battery changed, so I decided to take it here to Cole's. I walked in & was greeted by a very nice young Man. He changed the battery for me & was so kind to me. He made small conversation & I enjoyed that.
Stopped in to get a necklace repaired. Very nice, clean store. Very helpful, friendly staff that were attentive to my needs. Had some nice pieces of jewelry as well. Highly recommend!
I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring from Cole's Jewelers. Mr. Wayne knew exactly what I was looking for and exceeded expectations with quality design and a stunning diamond that she loves.
Honestly wouldn't come here again. Went in for a watch battery replacement. Easy right? Tissot watch should take 5 minutes tops. Came in just about 1630 hrs. Dude looked at his watch & said "We're about to close. You'll have to drop it off." He wasn't rude about it, but wasn't pleasant either. I called the next day, afternoon.
