Owner was very informative and good at explaining what was wrong. The speed and efficiency that they installed an entire new unit was very impressive, to say the least. Overall I highly recommend this crew.
Technician was not clear, and did not explain work that was performed prior to completing the work... Several days later, A/C system STILL does not cool properly... Tried to contact the company MULTIPLE times and have been ghosted by them... No Response!!!! They happily charged me $800 but fail to follow up on their work... I even called the owner, Darryl DeGeorge, and have left multiple voice and text messages, but have not heard anything back from anyone !!!

Poor diagnostics & troubleshooting I paid 800 to have a motor replaced that wasn't bad couldn't fix problem. If your gonna use them I would make it a new install not repairs.
Dependable, Reliable, and VERY Professional !!! These guys are the true definition of service and installation with quality !!! I highly recommend using Cole's for any of your A/C or heating needs !!!
