Stay away from this place as the owner is apparently a crook! I took my car the Cole's Car Wash in Anderson and they broke the side view mirror by pushing it in the wrong direction. I reported the damage to them and was given the owner's phone number to seek restitution. I called 7 times on different days and was always told, "He is not available right now." Each time I asked that the owner return my call but he never did. I ordered a replacement mirror on eBay for $108, installed it myself and was prepared to ask him to pay... read more
Horrible horrible service! I paid for a super wash and when they told me the car was ready it had no even been vacuumed! They sent it back around and after 30 MORE minutes they hadn't even started vacuuming. I got my car and left. NEVER to return!
You don't get the service you pay for. Extremely bad business. They halfway do their job. Very unprofessional service. I actually give it a 0 star. The manager personally did my car and it was still halfway done. I guess he thought I wouldn't notice or say anything.
