First of all,I go in there to pay,It is hot in there & I find out the air has been out 3 Month's,I felt so bad for the Worker's,Then I go to get in my Suv,& everything was not wiped down,& around the shifter hadn't been touched!I will not be back!
Coles are not like they use to be before you didn’t even have to ask or looked you knew it was done right I don’t know if they have new owners or what but this was the second time and when I went to my car and I ask the ladies about my cup holders and around the shifter she just looked and walk away go somewhere else
I just got home from having my car washed here and it is ok. I had to pay extra because it’s a large SUV, but they didn’t even vacuum the back seats! Why did I pay extra for no extra care?? They also didn’t vacuum one of the sides of the seats. I even bought the most expensive package and they didn’t armor all the back either. The people at the front desk were extremely rude too. This place is a JOKE.. I had to get them to wash the inside of my car again bc it was not clean. They left the switch on in my car and the battery went dead. The so called manager was RUDE and HATEFUL to me. I tried to talk to him and he shut the door in my face. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
I sent my daughter to Anderson today to get the truck cleaned to save me time to do other work I had this morning. She did not know to look at a job when it is supposedly done and returned home with the worst job I have ever seen at a car wash. Half of the dash was not even touched, windows are smeared, body has places that look like it was not even touched. Took my car to be wash and the outside of it is filthy still. The inside isn't anything special for the $28 I spent. My car has streaks all over the windows and the trunk. I will be making a call first thing Monday. My car won't be going back. My kids could have done better. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
The worst car wash I have ever been to. Waited in line for 45 minutes. They are slow as can be. The guys vacuuming took multiple smoke breaks while there were cars in line that needed to be vacuumed and ran through the wash. Once my car came through the wash, the people drying it leaned all over my hood talking to each other for a good ten minutes before they even started on it. Nasty on the inside and out. Beware of this place!
