You have to make a appointment to get tested. You make that appointment and then they say you have to wait till after the walk ins that came in. How does that even make sense or efficient ?
Went in for a Covid test, was told 2-4 days for results. Day 5- I still haven’t heard anything so I call. I’m placed on hold for 15m- no one ever came back to the phone. I called back and was told they would look at my file and call back. 5hrs later still no call back so I called again and spoke the the most unprofessional, condescending young girl who told me my results were not in. Ms Hutchinson. We are sorry for the delay and the inconvenience, The Lab tell us 24-48 hours and we add another 2 days for collection and transport to a total of 4 business days. Sometimes the lab gets backed up and does not report in time. We understand how frustrating this can be. We are continuously checking and will report to you as soon as we can. Stay safe.

I was missing diagnosed twice, the first time with the shingles and the second time with the pink eye. I will never use Urgent Care again.
SLOW!!! No sense of urgency AT ALL. Took OVER an hour just to be signed in. For the wait, could have just went to the ER.
My daughter was seen here on 7/4/19 . Her left ear was bothering her . Dr came in and stated she has too much wax in her ear and that it needed to be flushed out . Well they barely got anything out . She was put on ear drops and a medication . Well she has not been feeling any better if fact she was feeling worse . She saw her primary care dr today and come to find out she was on the wrong medications. What a waste of my copay which is $60.00!!!
Needed a physical for work and I went in on June 19 2019 and had to leave due to a appointment came back June 23 2019 they still had my paperwork and got me In asap ... and the Dr was AWESOME got me in and out!!!!!
Sliced the end of my thumb. Doctor looked at it and told the man to put some cream and a band aid . It fell off as I was getting into my car. I had to go to the UC WOUND CARE to stop the bleeding.? They billed over $200. Never again
