Absolutely terrible experience. We were assigned a moving coordinator who was very difficult to contact. He would not return phone calls or return email messages leading up to our move. We had to call him multiple times on the day of our packing because our packing crew did not arrive until two hours after the timeframe we were given. Our packing crew was inefficient and did not finish the job. We still have multiple rooms left to be packed, and the crew left without assuring us when the job would be done. I recently moved within Birmingham and used Coleman Worldwide Moving, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Specifically, I want to highlight Mr. Tim, Terry, and Ms. Malibu, who were the movers assigned to my job. These three were absolutely phenomenal.
