I am a owner at Lakeshore @ Windrose. Granted I believe Earl just took over maintenance at Lakeshore @ Windrose (June 2018), but the evidence at this complex shows and backs up the bad reviews noted here on this site. I hope I am wrong but the proof in tha puffin’ Earl!
I called to let them no my air conditioning went out and they said it’s not important even if I have kids
This company has been hired to manage the Lakeshore Townhomes. I own a townhome and my tenant advises that the common areas are becoming a slum with garbage all over the courtyard and dumped gargage where there is a designed area for trash. I hope this is not how they plan to continue. I spoke to Mr. Coleman today and he said his men are professional. I hope this situation improves.
These are the absolute worst people to rent from. They don't like to fix anything and when they do its a half job.
