We arrived here late at night with our son based on a recommendation from a friend. He was in a clear mental health crisis; suicidal, homicidal. A gentleman did his intake. He took down all his personal information. My husband and I held nothing back and explained in perfect detail his symptoms and the reasons that brought us to this place.
