Poor service, pushing back appointments. Noones available on call for proper service, nor is it suitable for my individual care. Definitely not appreciated to have time wasted. They can get lost for the poor assistance. Its quite a shame the level of care for mental health is not correct. I would not recommend coming to these kinds of facilities unless your certain and sure you will receive some assistance.
PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I called their 24/7 access line and they hung up on me in a time when i really needed help. You may think I’m lying or over exaggerating. THEY LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME IN AT A TIME WHEN I NEEDED HELP MOST. It made me feel 10 times worse. It made me feel rejected by the people who were suppose to help me. DONT GO HERE. DONT GO HERE.
