This has been a terrible experience. These people do not care about mental health. I'm sure they'll show it by having some AI bot reply with fake kindness. When I started here they didn't start me with therapy when they said they would. Later, I was going through a serious crisis and I called 4 times. Nothing. I went to my psychiatrist which is the only way to get therapy and she said she'd try for me. She didn't. The front desk said they would. They didn't.
