This has been a terrible experience. These people do not care about mental health. I'm sure they'll show it by having some AI bot reply with fake kindness. When I started here they didn't start me with therapy when they said they would. Later, I was going through a serious crisis and I called 4 times. Nothing. I went to my psychiatrist which is the only way to get therapy and she said she'd try for me. She didn't. The front desk said they would. They didn't. Not for me or a religion don't care
This place is the worst. Dont go here. Go anywhere else if you can. These people only care about their paychecks not your mental health. I know cause I feel emotional pain everyday and i try to call their 24 hour line and they hang up on me and make me feel like shit. These guys are literally the worst everyday im in pain and they cant say or do anything to help me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
been here since i was 16 and honestly the only good thing about this place is their case mangment stopped going never going back
