UPDATE: He told me I had the evidence and to "never give up". As soon as this was submitted, he changed sides, worked closer with opposing attorney, told me my evidence that I spent a year having to write will never be seen, refused to wait for the subpoena and is acting like the neighbors who changed their survey, use the wrong abstract and have harassed me since moving in are right.
