We bought a new Toll Brothers home and the kitchen package we selected has injury causing design flaw. The KitchenAid hood sticks out too far and it has cause two cut injuries to my face/head. I've have had to put rubber corner guards on as Toll Brother refuses to address and correct.
Due to their faulty construction, mold developed in our shower pan. Mold—something that literally poisons the air we breathe. And instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, Toll Brothers has decided that we should pay $20,000 to fix it. Do not recommend them. They are not willing to fix the faults in the homes they built. You will be stuck with major bills.
