Furnace repair We have dealt with Coleman Heating since 2007 when they installed our heat pump. Sine then they have installed a new furnace in 2010 and a mini-split AC unit in 2021. They have also serviced and repaired the furnace and heat pump as required. Jeff and his staff are very professional and customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with.
Heating System Urgent Repair Our heating system was down on a cold day in late December 2022. We called Coleman Heating and their response was very quick. They sent someone in an hour and the technician figured out the problem. After a few hours in the afternoon, another technician returned with the required parts and replaced it professionally. Thank you for Coleman's quick response time and keep us warm in the cold winter.
Furnace Service and No Heat Investigation Our heat suddenly quit working right after Christmas. Coleman was able to send someone to investigate and they were able t have it up and running in less than an hour. They service the fireplace too! They were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Furnance Inspection Service technician was on time and did the work in a timely manner. They were able to come to our home within 2 days of me calling to make appointment. Great service, friendly staff.
Coleman Air Conditioner Purchased a Coleman Air Conditioner because of its reputation of best warranty in the industry, good dollar value and reliable. Coleman air conditioner was purchased and installed July, 2020. September 2022, it cost $420.00 to repair (replace variable controller and fan motor). The parts are under warranty, but the labour is not. I called Coleman customer service to voice my concerns. A manager was to call me back. One month later, I am still waiting for the call back.
Fast and professional service Fortis red tagged our furnace in November. Called Coleman Tuesday night, got a quote Wednesday night and got the furnace installed Thursday morning. Amazing customer service, fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend anytime
Excellent Job! Booking an appointment with them was quite simple. They came to our house to see where we should install our new heating system and gave us advice on which one to choose from the many options they have. I received a firm installation schedule from them two days later for when I'm available to monitor. I didn't need to supervise their job because they're really capable. I highly recommend them.
Replacement Gave me a really efficient quote with a number of options, then booked me in the following week, replacement boiler was fitted with no issues. Whole process was really easy.
