Darren, Director of Sales did an excellent job arranging for the Technicians to remove the broken Hot Water Tank and installing the New Tankless Hot Water the next day. We have been customers of Coleman Heating for eleven years and have always been pleased with the prompt and courteous service that they provide. We bought our furnace, hot water tank and air conditioning from them. When the furnace stopped working, they fixed it promptly.
I should have employed Coleman's long ago, they did a great job, a friendly and capable technician did the work, and the price was very reasonable. They also suggested we apply for the rebates out there. I would recommend them to anybody!
We had hired Coleman to service our gas furnace in the past and they were thorough, professional and friendly. Calling the office to make an appointment was a breeze. Last year we had a coupon for a different company, but they were not nearly as thorough or friendly, so this year we came back to Coleman and the experience was great as ever. We won't be switching again!
