From the beginning I was thinking I had a great deal . When I got my furniture the delivery guys were amazing. Upon inspection I noticed the electronics on the powered sofa were not working properly so it was written on the invoice. I looked for major defects such as tears and scratches during delivery , I didn’t go thru with a microscope cause delivery guy told me I had five days to go through furniture and report it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Order furniture June 6th it is now August 6th and still no furniture. When you call they give one excuse after another don't offer no options. They say enough to get you off the phone and never call back. Everything is done via email with them. You call them they state they will call back never. They will send an email with can answers. If this is the service you get before delivery don't expect any warranty help. When i came accross Coleman furniture, I found some gorgeous furniture to style my house that fit the exact vintage classic design. Some products came with very useful and cool features, such as outlets at the back of the bedroom nightstand. The costomer service was quick and reliable when needed assistance. The quality of the products is phenomenal and very durable.
After doing some renovations in our home, we decided to buy a new bedroom set, and came across Coleman Furniture and all I can say is Wow! From start to finish they were extremely helpful with everything. Thank you Coleman for upping the furniture game!

This company does not deserve 1 star, such poor service. I placed an order with Coleman's furniture in Oct and never received the merchandise but was charged an cancellation fee of $115.80. I cancelled the transaction because it was way over 3 months and I continued to receive messages that the merchandise was damaged. This is a warning for all customers, do not do it!!! I recently remodeled my family room and was looking for a country style coffee table. I found a Lancaster Antique White and Brown Cocktail Table on Coleman furniture the price was one of the best on the internet with free shipping. I placed the order on December 29th and received it on January 9th I was notified when my order was placed with the vendor and tracking information. Coleman was a great company to deal with I am enjoying the coffee table and looks great in my family room.
