I ended up going with another attorney. When I did get to speak with Pam she was kind and helpful (therefore the two stars). However, there was a huge lack of communication. My emails were almost never answered. The front desk failed to follow up with me when they stated they would. They also refused to provide any timeline for when I could expect different things. Pam Coleman is a trash lawyer. She will blow through your retainer and never do any actual work. Avoid this woman at all cost. You will do better to represent yourself than to hire this pathetic excuse of a lawyer. She pads her billable hours then will call the police on you if you show up asking questions at her office. She needs to lose her license for the ethic violations, and her refusal to return a phone call. 10/10 would never hire this garbage lawyer again.
