The best part of my experience was that my items were moved 700+ miles. 1-While loading they slid boxes on wood floor causing scratches. 2-They were late to destination. 3-I paid extra for two destinations (boxes were clearly marked for apartment)..three weeks later I am still going back and forth between apartment and storage facility because they apparently cant read. Why do I need items marked GARAGE/storage in a small apartment and my clothes in storage???? 4-Roaches are now in my boxes and homewhich is just disgusting. ... read more
