Adorable coffee shop in te 3rd Ward that opens at 630 You are greeted with a plethora of baked goods from cookies to pastries that look fantastic. They offer serval items such as bagel sandwiches, English muffin sandwiches and wraps for lunch. Strong options that are healthy or can be adapted to be. Inviting and warm place to hang out in if you have the time.
Interesting spot visually, but the coffee is just so so underwhelming now. Colectivo used to have fantastic beans and now they're muted and bland. Staff normally seems... Stressed we will call it. It has a "Starbucks but with a wood finish" feeling, and that's not a compliment.
