Always poor customer service. Today was not busy with one person in front of me. I ordered a black ice tea. Five employees stood around talking about hormones while I waited 25 minutes.
I want to start by saying that I really like Colectivo Coffee and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. Unfortunately, today may have been my last visit to this particular location. The barista at the front (my cup says “Joe,” though I’m not sure if that’s her name) made me feel discriminated against. She did not greet me, rushed through my order, and gave me side glances that felt dismissive. I also noticed that she greeted other customers, but not me.
