For years I’ve been coming to Colectivo and have always appreciated its consistency and good coffee. However, there was a recent app “upgrade” which included a major downgrade to their loyalty program. I am very disappointed after this change because they raised the amount of loyalty points needed to earn free drinks across the board. For example, the amount of points needed for a cold brew more than doubled (used to need 25 points, and now you need 60 points).
