All of the employees at Colebrook are great, especially Mandy! She helps with anything and everything related to renting/leases and is so kind. She is responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. She has provided her assistance and time during every step of the process while living here. I would recommend Colebrook Management to anyone looking for apartments and housing in the Pittsburgh area! :)
I would give them 0 star if i could. Terrible experience. From day 1 to last day and also security deposit. Their apartments are slightly cheaper than similar properties but there is definitely a reason for that. Our apartment once had several mice, we called them on weekend and they told us it’s not emergency you should wait until Monday! I would not recommend this to anyone. Also they will charge you twice for cleaning the apartment after moving out, so you should forget about a good amount of money from your security depo... read more
