I absolutely loved living at Royal Gardens maintained by Colebrook. Throughout my lease i had little to no trouble. They were quite prompt to fix things that needed attention. Miranda ans her team at Colebrooks office did her best to manage the property. The bonus points is that its right on 5th ave, best connectivity with 71B/71D/64 buses
Colebrook Management is charging residents to pay full months rent ( 31days) and vacate by 27th July noon as our 1 yearleases end in 2026. This is extremely unfair as we are being overcharged for days we will not even be inside the apartment units.We have been trying to reach out to them to fix this ,either allow residents to stay for period they are made to pay for or to kindly prorate this to 27 days only. Had a great experience start to finish at Colebrook. Setting up a tour was easy and the whole process of signing a lease was straightforward. A big part of making the process easy was Miranda (big shoutout!!!) She is incredibly responsive and always kept me informed and stress-free. As an international student, I highly recommend RGA and if you speak to Miranda, you are in great hands :)
I have been staying in an apartment maintained by Colebrook for an year now and I only have good things to say about them! The management is very responsive, maintenance requests are taken care of in due time, and I have not had many problems with the apartment to begin with. Miranda particularly is great agent. She has been very patient with me and showed me around many available apartments until I found the one that fits my needs. Colebrook checks every box. The property is well-kept and the apartments look great. Miranda was responsive, kind, and consistently went out of her way to help. Great communication from start to finish!
