Recurring rat issues, fruit flies/moth issue, and the lease isn’t really a full year since we have to leave 5 days early without any proration or refund. Maintenance/management is responsive but doesn’t really solve the problem unless multiple requests are put in.
We were charged 255$ for cleaning services, we strongly believe we cleaned the apartment well before vacating. The more concerning part - they charged us for 5 days extra in July. Which was close to 450$ ,in total we have suffered a loss of close to 700$+ ,if you are asking residents to vacate 5 days in advance, you should charge us accordingly. If you still wanted to charge 5 days ,why would you cut extra money of the security for cleaning, when you already over charged us 450$ ? Extremely bad experience from this managemen... read more
The kindest, most understanding management on top of the apartment being great already.
I absolutely loved living at Royal Gardens maintained by Colebrook. Throughout my lease i had little to no trouble. They were quite prompt to fix things that needed attention. Miranda ans her team at Colebrooks office did her best to manage the property. The bonus points is that its right on 5th ave, best connectivity with 71B/71D/64 buses
