RecommendedBest dealership we've ever dealt with!
Sold me a two lemons and couldn’t drive the last one for only a year and the mechanic marked as unsafe to drive don’t buy nothing from here.
Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Will not go back
Roger is a no bs kind of car dealer. He is straightforward, prompt and responsive. When I went to sign papers on my new car, I didn't realize the dealer closed earlier on Saturday. Roger met me after hours during his time off, so that I could get my new Equinox before my lease pull-ahead expired. He goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Amazing. Had my work do e on my 2011 cheby cruze Chuck Williams did an awesome job. So I decided to switch from Spitzer Chevrolet to these guys for my oil change and my mechanic shop. Had oil change scheduled yesterday couldn't remeber my time do i went 8:00am. They told me it was for 830 am. At 830 my car was finished. Here I was thinking I was gonna have to wait. Awesome very friendly ladies . Awesome customer service. I had plenty enough time to make it work without rushing.
I am so happy with this dealership. Usually buying a car is very nerve-wracking. Everyone in this dealership from sales to parts and the office staff, was friendly and helpful. I feel that they went well above and beyond for me, and I deeply appreciate it. I highly recommend Cole Valley.
