Recently had pest control done at one of our properties. The neighbors said they even benefited. Quick and easy and great results. Highly recommend!
They charged basically $130.00 dollars to spray and I Continue to see the same pests. No visible changes. They expect you to pay again to come out and correct the issue. Unfortunately I didn’t know this policy until after they treated and gave me a receipt. No value here at all
When their treatment fails, offer a free retreatment to finish the job. Why would a customer pay a second time, when the first visit was a total bust? Eliminating a small number of common pests like spiders, silverfish, and ants shouldn't be that difficult.
Today David came out to do our pest control. David went through my contract. He sprayed inside the house, outside the house, and basement. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the chemicals he was using. We will have them back in six months. I would highly recommend them. Answered every question I asked.
Great company to deal with, we have used them more than once and they provided excellent customer service each time!
We had Cole Pest Control do a termite inspection and install the Sentricon Termite Treatment Program a few months ago. Having had termites in the past, I know how much damage they can do so when they suggested getting the Sonitrol program that prevents termites year round, it was a no brainer! Great service and I love their maintenance plan! No bugs, no worries!
