I was charged $975, and that didn’t even include new hair. They simply washed and reused my old hair, and the pricing wasn’t disclosed until the very end. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and clear communication.
I drove 2.5 hours in crazy DMV traffic to get to Greenbelt salon only to be told that I did not have an appointment for the service I requested. I told them that I made the appointment a week ago and received a confirmation call. I waited for someone to address me and no one did so after waiting to speak to someone for about 10 minutes, I left and called the salon.
