This salon used to be known for prioritizing the health of natural hair — now it’s just a shell of what it once was. I brought my daughter here for what was supposed to be a simple, healthy blowout and trim. I made the appointment with clear instructions: deep condition her natural curls before applying heat. Cole Stevens in Greenbelt, MD is truly one of the best salons in the DMV! I love the care, attention, and beautiful results I received during my visit today with my amazing stylist, Nelly. She’s skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I also had the pleasure of seeing the owner, Diane—such an inspiring leader. I’m so proud of her and the entire team for creating such a warm, professional, and top-tier salon experience. Highly recommend!
Hands down it the best salon!!! From great hair care to outstanding hair extensions and expert colors it’s worth the price tag. I’ve seen different stylists over the years and in fact my very first appointment was with Ms Diane herself. I love this place and have recommended friends here as well.
I have been to this salon a few times and each time is a great experience . I would like to highlight my most recent experience with Carolyn. She exceeded my expectations. Second time going. Very nice salon. I really enjoyed Jamel. It is clear that he is a veteran stylist. My hair was looking goodT, okay!? He brought it back to life and was very kind. Everyone in the shop is always pleasant and professional.
