My doctor and I both felt this was a pathway I had to take to see a psychologist or psychiatrist. The office is efficiently run, staff friendly, and the therapists and Psychiatrists are professional.
While I'm sure they help many people, my doctor and I both felt this was a pathway I had to take to see a psychologist or psychiatrist. All I got was an offer to help me find a friend :-). I will give it another try. I did go back, and I received help after all.
Whatever happened to HELP for Mental Services. When I needed it the most trying to contact them was the worst feeling on top of my mental state. Got transfered from one phone number to another, got so fed up. Tks for nothing but intense frustration making a person feel even more let down
