Do something with the lady in room #204. Other than that it's a good place to stay.
Maintenance man is great. Other stuff needs improve.
These apartment needs to be remodle, the manger does a great job. I really feel that they need to hire more than just 1 person to help keep the apartments up. The security gate does not work and needs to be fix, I will feel more secure if it was fix. There are alot of children that lives in da apartment and they do not have nothing to do,, there should be a playground, a baskettball court are something. I pay to much money in rent for the living conditions that I have to experience. However there is just minor things that ne... read more

I have been here about a year and a half and LOVE it. I dont know about prior management or how things were before I got here, but its wonderful now. Crystal has worked very hard to make this a pleasant place to live and is succeding. She just needs to be more strict and quit letting some of the people out here take advantage of her. Of course, we still have a few that need to go back to Prince Hall or wherever, but thats anywhere you live. There is alot to be said about these apartments. The last 3-4 managers were trash, but now it seems as though there is someone that wants to bring this place back to the way it was when it was first opened. If anything, other tenants in this complex are the ones that keep this place the way it is. However, it appears that those type of tenants are slowly being evicted or leaving. If the remainder of the tenants do not run this manager off, maybe she can turn this place back around. I have lived here since construction, it ha... read more
