Very unhappy with my experience with this company and their agents. I was assigned Vickie M. who was completely unprofessional during this process. She showed up at least 15 to 30 minutes late to EVERY SINGLE appointment we had scheduled. It was always the same excuse "I had to pick up my granddaughter or drive my husband to appointments". If those times didn't work for her then she shouldn't have scheduled it. I put in an offer at one place and she never got back to me to let me know if it was accepted or not. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!!! We are having the WORST experience with this real estate agency. Agent Peter Kroll and managing broker/agent PJ Whitbeck have been absolutely dreadful to work with. From the minute we signed our listing agreement over two months ago we have consistently been experiencing great mistreatment, deplorable and unethical customer service, conducted with total unprofessionalism.
