I highly discourage anyone to conduct business with Mrs. Ernesta Harrell, this realtor does not conduct business well as a dual agent, and did not provide information or advice that was in the best interest of my mother. After notifying her of termination as our realtor and immediate request to speak with her broker. She sent us an email notifying us she told the buyer we elected to terminate the contract. I seriously HATE being lied to. One of your realtors called me just a bit ago to tell me he couldn't help us on Friday (it's Wednesday now) when we are driving 8 hours to meet him to find our forever home in North Carolina. The excuse was "sorry but I only deal with homes within 50 miles of Rocky Mount" except 3 of the 4 homes we sent to him to go check out were just 36 miles, 38 miles, and 43 miles which are all obviously less than 50 miles from the Coldwell Banker office in Rocky Mount.
