Thankfully I didnt have to talk to them. The lack of integrity shown by Mary to manipulate using my offer to get a better offer in my opinion is dishonest and underhanded. I will never deal with with tgis group as a purchaser again.
They have absolutely one of the WORST listing agent (Amanda) Ive ever dealt with in my life, and I’ve done a lot of real estate dealings in my 40+ years! The broker/s isn’t any better! They have reviews on here from their friends etc only and it’s apparent!
Can’t say enough about George Coomer and his team! They marketed our real property and got us top dollar at auction. Thanks guys!
