If you want your property well-advertised, DO NOT go to this realty firm. They did a terrible job of keeping our property on the MLS listings over a period of SEVEN weeks, even though the problem was brought to their attention over and over again. They did NOT earn their commission but refused to make even a small adjustment. BEWARE!
Valley Brokers failed to maintain the listing for our home for weeks upon end, even after the problem was called to their attention several times. Because of that, we felt they should be willing to negotiate a small reduction in their fee. Despite their OWN admission of our listing "having fallen through the cracks" and "having major problems" they refused any compensatory measures whatsoever.
