I highly recommend this team. Both Brian and Melinda were exceptional in their service and expertise. We were selling a home from out of state and they took care of all the repairs and updates prior to selling. They were also very responsive in communication, often within the same day. From start to finish, updates, listing, negotiations, and finally closing took about 2 months. Probably one of the fastest deals I've been a part of. Absolutely would use them again if I ever find myself back in the Columbia, SC area.
